Haley Horner

Data Analysis & Operations Associate

Haley joined Fairhaven in 2022 after completing her undergraduate degree in Geographic Information Systems with a minor in Data & Computer Science at Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin. In addition to her academic studies, she was a stand-out collegiate volleyball player on teams that won four conference championships earning bids to three NCAA Division III post-season tournaments (the fourth short-circuited by the pandemic). In her three NCAA tournament appearances, her teams advanced to the Sweet Sixteen, the Final Four and the National Championship. Haley was named a collegiate All-American in each of her last two years.

The Fairhaven culture reminds Haley of being on a team. “Everyone here supports each other and genuinely cares for one another. Fairhaven is so unique in the financial industry from its services provided to clients, to the art in the office, which is something I absolutely love. A mantra at Fairhaven is being yourself which has been a strong belief of mine my whole life, so it makes me happy to work at a firm that not only supports but encourages individual uniqueness.”

Haley lives in Wheaton, Illinois where she enjoys her three cats (yes, three), antique shopping with her mom, and possibly participating in an adult volleyball league. Her favorite place on earth is the coast of Maine, where she has vacationed with her family her entire life.
